Dust and Straw Press Machine PRO-400

This machine was manufactured in 2026, incorporating the latest R&D developments.
It has been completely revitalized—transformed into a true workhorse—through a renewed transmission, hydraulic system, and pump, as well as reinforced pistons, press body, and chassis structure.

The machine’s processing capacity ranges from 10,800 kg/h to 12,600 kg/h (based on 30–35 kg sacks). It boasts a packaging speed of 6 sacks per minute; it processes 33% to 50% more product than other machines (and 33% more than the Pro300). This translates to a 33% to 50% reduction in labor costs for the same workforce, time, and fuel, thereby increasing profitability for producers.

ADVANTAGES:

FUEL: Devmak Machine = 1.3–1.5 L/ton
Generator-powered machine = 2.0–2.5 L/ton
There is a fuel saving of approximately 0.9 L per ton, which equates to 90 liters of diesel saved per 100 tons.

TRANSPORT: As the machine is a single-piece unit, it can be transported between cities using just one truck. In contrast, other machines consist of five parts, requiring at least two trucks for transport; this results in a minimum saving of 50% on transport costs.

Additionally, for short-distance transfers, five-part machines require two tractors and form a convoy stretching 40 meters. This situation presents significant risks regarding accidents, labor, and transportation costs. However, the situation is quite different with the pro300 and pro400 machines; a single tractor can achieve a reach of up to 12–13 meters, thereby minimizing accident risks, labor requirements, and transportation costs.
